Cuci555 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the cuci555 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and other features offered through the official cuci555 website. This Agreement is entered into between you as the user ("Member") and cuci555 as the platform operator.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cuci555 platform, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to all terms contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the cuci555 platform immediately and contact our support team for assistance with account closure if applicable.

To register and use the cuci555 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Single account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering additional accounts using the same name, address, or information is strictly prohibited.
• Not an agent or representative: You are registering in your own personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as on your ID, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated without notice and your balance forfeited.

Cuci555 implements a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. KYC verification may be required during registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by our team.

• Accepted documents: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other official government-issued identification document.
• Address verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address within the last three months.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 5 for most payment methods.

Withdrawal Policy

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has a wagering multiplier that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a specifically stated expiry period. Unused bonuses will automatically expire after the validity period.
• One bonus at a time: Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on cuci555 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Please check the terms of each promotion for the list of eligible games and their respective contribution rates.
• Maximum wagering limit: While bonus wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum bet limit per round or per hand may apply. Breaching this limit may result in the bonus and any associated wins being voided.

All games offered on the cuci555 platform are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently certified by international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The outcome of all games is final once the round ends. cuci555 does not accept any appeals regarding completed game results unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game, cuci555 will use system records to determine a fair outcome or return the original bet to the member.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus rules as stated in Section 5.
• Cuci555 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw access to any game or betting market without prior notice, subject to licensing requirements and game provider policies.
• Credit gambling — that is, using borrowed money to gamble — is strictly prohibited on the cuci555 platform.

The cuci555 platform is intended for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud: Registering with false information, using another person's identity, or creating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering: Using the cuci555 platform as a channel to process or conceal proceeds from illegal activities.
• Use of automation software: Using bots, automated scripts, helper software, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to exploit games or promotions, including coordinated betting in poker or live casino table games.
• Promotion abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Hackers and cyberattacks: Any attempt to breach, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the cuci555 platform system.
• Betting on behalf of others: Managing or processing wagers on behalf of other individuals, including family or friends, for commercial purposes.

Cuci555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or for operational reasons deemed necessary by management.

• If your account is suspended due to reasons related to an investigation, your balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
• If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your account will be restored and any frozen balance returned in full.
• If a violation is proven, cuci555 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the cuci555 support team. Any net balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed within 5 business days of the account closure request being submitted.

Cuci555 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. While we strive to maintain consistent and reliable service, technical interruptions beyond our control may occur from time to time.

• Cuci555 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Cuci555's maximum liability against any member claim is limited to the net deposit amount you made within the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Cuci555 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting game results, cuci555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bets to the members involved.

• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a specified period before your account is automatically restricted.
• Session time limits: Limit the total time you spend actively playing each day or each week.
• Gaming break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed.
